Why wouldn't I just hire a full-time designer?

Is there a limit to how many requests I can have?
Once subscribed, you’re able to add as many design requests to your queue as you’d like, and they will be delivered one by one.
How do I request designs?
Design Owl makes requesting designs a breeze with Trello’s flexibility. Need something designed? Simply add your request directly in Trello, share your creative brief, and attach any video or slide deck for a visual explanation. We handle it all! As long as it can be linked or shared in Trello, we’re happy to work with it.
How will we communicate?
We’ll have our communication in one shared project board. In it, you’ll find everything you can expect from us and the things we’ll need from you. You can send direct messages and share feedback directly in the project. Feel free to add anyone else from your team.
What if I don't like the design?
How dare you! Just kidding 😄. We’ve created hundreds of successful brands, so we’re confident you’ll love it. But hey, if it’s not quite right, we’ve got you covered. We can either offer a full refund or make as many revisions as needed until it’s perfect. No hard feelings, just great designs!
What if I only have a single request?
No problem! You can pause your subscription at any time, saving your remaining design power for when you need it next. We want you to get the most out of your investment.”
Are there any refunds if I don't like the service?
